B Team host Abingdon RBL, making their 2nd visit to Wallingford in as many weeks & go down by the same score as the A Team did, 2-3. Simon starts (& how!) v Keith Bennett & amasses a creditable 70 points to Keith's 45, putting B's 1-0 up. Tony makes his percentage appearance & has a close frame v Paul Archer, 34-48 for 1-1. Brian has a similar high scoring frame v Nigel Archer, 44-66. Rob levels it at 2-2 for the B's v John Dawson, 74-11 & jumps (with a dodgy ankle!) to top of the table. Sadly Captain Andy has a 'mare' v Duncan in the decider, 8-56. High scoring games & 2 frames over the 100 aggregate - good effort, noted!

C Team host Harwell A & go down 1-4. Baz starts v Kev Caulkin who wins the opener, 24-48 for 0-1 deficit. Ash has a close frame v P Warrington, but levels 1-1 with a cracking 54-44 win. KP makes only his 5th appearance this season (in what has sadly been a difficult one for him) v John Vaughan Senior & comes off second best, 29-66. Adam fights to the black in a typical Captains frame to try to level it, but sadly loses, 53-60. Mark plays the experienced ex-Premier, ex-Oracle player, Simon Saunders who scores well for a 21-65 win. Alan & Hugh still being 'missed', but no doubt in warmer climes!
