A Team visit the 'new' Oracle & there's some old & familiar faces in a 3-2 loss. Captain plays in the Veterans frame & edges past Pom Merola, 31-57. Tom plays Ollie Hoeblyn & the run is against him in a 64-34 loss. More Oracle 'run' is to come as Phil has a re-spotted black v Karl Walker, who duly misses it in one corner & flukes it in the diagonal opposite for a 55-48 loss - Shot Karl! :( Cuz plays Ben Rowland & fights back well, but looks a little out-of-sorts (understandable) in a 69-49 loss. Hawkinator rushes back from Footy Training & promptly knocks in a nice opening 26 to which Frankie Merola responds with a 30 at the start of the 5th. This spurs Jon into some crucial tactical play which he wins & forces a convincing 30-77 win to 'earn' his weeks holiday! ;)

Alan makes it 2-0 with a similar winning score with a 63-17 v Bob Higginson. Hugh has a close frame v Little Ollie Mulford, but loses 35-44. Adam plays John Vaughan Junior & loses a high scoring frame, 48-56. Erik makes his season debut, but loses out to Ian Cooksley, 17-52. Re-group, practice in your BYE week & come back stronger lads!
