A Team travel to Abingdon RBL & win 2-3. Tom starts v Aaron Downey & it's a cracking frame with good safety & some terrific 'out of snookers'.Tom wins with a pressure 18 clearance, 50-63. Phil plays Nigel Archer & races to an unassailable lead with snookers required with 4 reds left, winning 25-70. Captain has another battle with Paul Archer & it's toe-to-toe potting & safety. Paul clears with 22 for a 66-56 win. Nigel faces Harvey Pearce who pots well despite spirited play from OGS & levels it at 2-2 with a 62-29 win. Hawkinator 'comes in from the cold' literally, to seal the win v Doug Young, 15-68 to open a 10 point gap at the top of the League!

B Team host Abingdon Con A & win 3-2. Captain Andy starts v Colin Bark & is never troubled in a convincing 64-15 win. Craig plays Ian 'Sid' Barnes & it's a virtual reversal of frame 1 with Craig losing 12-54... despite the most unusual trousers ever to grace the hallowed halls of the Comrades! Brian has a closer frame v Paul Carter but loses, 31-44. Dave then levels the frame score at 2-2 with a demolition of their Captain, Dave Lewis by 58-7. Rob plays Richard Belcher in the deciding frame & wins it comfortably, 59-14. Well done B's, a cracking home win! What is it with 3-2's tonight?! Can the C's follow suit...?

Dave faces Mark Wright & it's the home team who level frames at 1-1 with a 40-15 win. Joey Edwards faces their Captain, Si Perkins who wins convincingly, 59-3. Adam then plays Andy Pickford & it's another close frame, Adam sealing it 43-53 for 2-2 in frames! Step up KP to play a Captains Innings making a terrific 21 break in a 25-57 win for the overall! A hat-trick of 3-2 wins for A, B & C!
