A Team host Abingdon Con A & win 4-1. Tom starts v Richard Belcher & carries on where he left off in the Greene King, making breaks & winning! He knocks in a 26 in his 71-6 demolition score-line. Phil draws Ollie Hoeblyn & it's a fascinating frame watching Ollie pull a lead & Phil pot some sublime balls (new tip Ok then?) to fight back. Ollie seals it on the colours, 38-70. Jon faces Dave Lugger & plays solid & batters him (sorry, there's no other word!), 62-2! Captain faces Ian Barnes & although it's nip & tuck, leads all the way sealing the win on the pink, 66-45. Anchorman pots plenty of his trade-mark screamers, but Colin Bark hangs on until the colours, when Dave seals his win, 58-45 with a superb pink. Great win lads!

C Team host Harwell RBL A & suffer a 1-4 loss. 'The Shark' opens & makes short work of Graham Davies, 53-27. Joey Edwards faces Kev Culkin & goes down 14-52. Erik faces the Harwell Captain, John Vaughan Snr & its goes 1-2 with a 25-57 score-line. Adam pulls the short straw & faces Simon (ex-Oracle & Premiership player!) Saunders who knocks in some lovely pots in a 47 break (bettering his own Div 2 High Break of 45!). Jon takes the Anchorman role & is in with a shout at 24 behind with the green left. Sadly it wasn't to be & P Davies wins 35-69. They fought well KP!
