A Team beat Challow C 4-1 to extend their lead at the top of the Premier to 4 points. Captain starts v Jason O'Hanlon & pots a cracking long pink to win, 63-54. Nigel bags another 24 in a 53-35 win v Ian Bowman. Cuz has a dip in recent form (7*W's!) & loses 19-52 v Ben Smith. Jon has a real match-play battle v Steve Hunt to win, 51-28 before Anchorman slots in a superb 35 break during a 68-12 domination of Adam Bruce! Quality result lads v a tough team!

B Team travel to Crown & win a final frame decider, 3-2. Dave Rowe starts with a comfortable win, 50-13 v Steve Digby. Brian struggles to get colours & the run is against him in a 24-46 loss v Trevor Russell. Craig makes a valiant attempt of snookering, but loses 16-60 v the experienced Paul Claydon. Andy knocks in a 14 & a few 'light' shots in a 61-30 win v Anthony Whitton. Step up Rob to seal the win, 50-40 on the pink v Nigel Coppendale. Phew!

C Team travel to Harwell A & lose on a final frame decider, 2-3. Captain Kev finally lets his cue arm flow & gains his 1st 'W', 66-36 v Graham Davies! :) Alan has a close game but loses out, 46-54 v Phil Warrington. Adam leaps to top % with a 3rd win on the spin with his new cue, 65-31 v Kev Calkin. Hugh loses the battle with John Vaughan Snr, 38-54. Poor Eric has to face ex-Prem Simon Saunders in the decider & loses 27-55. Shame! So close... again!
