A Team host Marlboro B & don't give any charity at Xmas, winning 5-0! Captain starts with a 53-20 win v Craig Harper. Nigel slots in a lovely 39 break (should have been more!) in a demolition score, 80-16 v Tony Fisher. Tom pots well & has some bizarre run in a 64-37 win v Lee Dixon. Cuz demonstrates solid match-play in a 76-22 win v his old Brightwell mate, Steve Wetherall. Jon rushes back from Vets footy(!) to beat Laurence Harvey, 52-46 slotting in some gorgeous pots to win on the pink. Good 'full house' 5 points lads! And we did give 'em Mince Pies, Merry Xmas!

Not a lot of Xmas cheer for the B Team as they come home empty handed (0-5) after a visit to Abingdon RBL who top the 1st Div. Andy loses on an in-off pink, 22-44 v Harvey Pearce. Aaron Downey knocks in a 54 break v Craig in a 6-80 win. Brian suffers a 3-54 loss v Paul Archer. Dave comes 2nd to Duncan Price, 21-63. Rob loses 25-62 v Nigel Archer. Re-group over Xmas B Team, still 2 more months of games in the League, plus Team Cups! No Yuletide & New Year excesses lads & start sharp in 2015!

C Team host Challow D & despite Captain Kev winning the opener v Chris Rose, 50-40, they lose the next 4! It could have been so different if poor Alan hadn't followed the black in to lose, 33-46 v Mike Bishop in the 2nd. Eric gets no early Birthday present as he loses 7-56 v M Hendy. Adam's new cue sadly tastes its first defeat, 25-57 v Liam Bint. Chris 'Super Sub' Toph makes his debut but unfortunately its was a loss, 25-50 v Lee Wood.
