Pete loses to Ian Bowman, Nigel loses to Matt Dixey, Tom loses to Adam Bruce (who knocks in a useful 28 break) & Cuz has the rough end of running (not again!) before Anchorman saves some face by scraping a win v Jason O'Hanlon. More practice required lads... but 1 point better than last seasons opener!

B Team kick off their start to the season with a late final frame decider at home to Crown Tech. Simon loses to Ant Whitton & Dave Glaves loses (by 1 point!) for 0-2 before Rob hammers in a win v Mark Rowland & Dave Rowe follows suit v Trevor Russell to level at 2-2. In the 'Battle of the Andy's', Rance succumbs to Harper in the decider. Still 1 point better than the A Team lads!
